Email quality is excellent. Service provided ranging from excellent down to average. Inspections and reporting excellent down to poor. Outstanding reports for completion of incidents poor follow-up. Since originally signing up for lease of our house we had excellent service and repore with outstanding customer service. When the business sold we have found a down turn, the service fees have gone up and the quality was dramatically reduced.
