Amazing Angela

If you are thinking of engaging an agent to sell your property, I cannot recommend anyone as highly as Angela Murphy of Elders Donnybrook. Angela sold my property in Brunswick. Even though Angela was in Donnybrook it was never a issue for her to show the property. From the day I listed with Angela she was constantly in contact with me. After every home open I was never left wondering how is went. With in the day/evening Angela would give me a detailed summary of how many people had been through and what their thoughts were of the property. Then within a few days Angela would contact the potential buyers again to see if they would like to see the property again. She also had a list of clients on her data base that she thought the property would appeal too and they were given the opportunity to view the property also. I had an offer on the property quite quickly but it was a subject sale. Even with this offer in place Angela was still marketing the property. She was never of the mind set of "oh well it has an offer on it I can move on to my next client". She was amazing. Then Covid hit. I was starting to feel this sale will never happen. But no Angela kept working away at my property and never once gave up. When home opens were able to take place again, Angela was full steam ahead with home opens and within no time a cash buyer came thru my property And it settled within 30 days. Even when I was feeling this isn't going to happen. Angela was just so positive. I would recommend her in an instant.
