Go ahead and underestimate her!

We had had appraisals and promises, but when we met Karen and her beautiful demeanor I must confess, I was in a little doubt. Could this softly spoken, lovely little blonde, possibly achieve our multifaceted requirements. In short absolutely hit it out of the park! We needed to achieve top dollar for our newly renovated property to be able to then source a dua living home due to circumstance. Well!!! Her market knowledge and negotiation skills were beyond compare - she listed and sold our house within the week, found us an appropriate dual living home and negotiated the deal on that as well, all within an amazing time frame and with almost no real input from us other than to tell her our requirements. Go ahead and underestimate her, but if you are selling a home or looking for a buyer's agent to secure your next home then call her and you will be eating humble pie too. In a very good way of course. Watching her work in a calm and professional manner to ensure a smooth and outstanding outcome for all parties involved was an absolute privilege.
