Clemence impressed us with her professionalism and knowledge of the market from our first introduction. She made herself very familiar with our property and all it had to offer, in particular the history associated with the old, yet functional shearing shed. On the first visit after we listed, she brought out three couples who were on her personal file. The second couple to view bought the property! We think Clemence’s understanding of the potential buyers’ wishes and needs in their search for their desired property was instrumental in making such a quick sale. Clemence’s knowledge of the wine industry was an added bonus for us as sellers and the viewers who may not have been familiar with vineyards and wine making.
