Good experience even though we had a few hiccups not relating to Tom

Tom had good knowledge of the area. Very different house to sell but we worked together to keep the asking price to our original decision and after a small amount of time we got and accepted a full asking price. Tom was very accommodating with everything to do with presentation, ideas and selling of the property. Polite and punctual and bright and positive.
