Professional, dedicated, and efficient; an excellent communicator and problem solver.

Troy has extensive industry experience and communicate very smoothly. He has a strong sense of responsibility. When coordinating with buyers and their lawyers, and when communicating with the lawyer representing the seller, he always provided timely, professional advice and suggestions. Whenever any concerns or difficulties were raised during the sales communication process, Troy was always able to offer sound suggestions and help both buyer and seller steadily move toward the finalization of the contract. For this property sale, I basically had to spend very little effort myself; Troy coordinated and handled all the work very well.
