We were planning to sale our home, so we approached 2 Estate Agent firms. When Janet presented herself we found her very professional in her first encounter, with a folder comparing prices of the properties in the area. We realised that it was Janet who had helped us to purchase our present home as well as sell our previous home. We had found her very helpful, mindful, and not very pushy. She guided us with process of property to be sold on auction as this was our first experience. Janet realised that our home was well presented but advised us to add bit of styling, which we felt helped enhancing the viewing. Janet kept us informed after each open days, follow up with each prospective bidder and clarified our doubts. On the day of auction we were briefed as to the process. Although at the auction we had new bidder she negotiated well with him to reach to our reserve. Janet closed the deal very professionally with support of auctioneer and staff from Elders.
