A Quality Property Sales Experience

We reviewed 3 Agent, and settled on Emma, why? Emma and her principal Smith & Elliot, stood out. Emma is a well grounded, property sales professional, with a great understanding of the local market. This is backed up by many great attributes, that compliment her skill set and enhance the experience. Emma is always positive, with a matching personality, a good listener, with good advice on property presentation, her personality is infectious and rubs off on all that engage in conversation. When you put all of this together, on the ground at your open house, good things follow. Our property had been privately advertised on line for 6 months, prior to engaging Emma to re-launch. We were rewarded at our first open house, with 2 contracts at the advertised price and was settled within 4 weeks. There are many players in this space, that tend to promote themselves, rather than your property. It worth pondering on the following, when selecting your next sale professional. "What is Shiny on Top and Full of BS underneath"? - A Mud Guard There is an over supply Mud Guards that usually come with FIG JAM, in the sales rep cupboard. So unless you like Fig Jam and Mud Guards, we suggest you speak to Emma. Selecting Emma to assist in selling our property, was the best, cost effective decision we could have made. Thank You Emma,
