Ha Ha where do I start...

No seriously, Bill has been awesome and has gone above and beyond with every aspect of the house purchase. He is very professional and properly understands all the legal aspects involved in buying and selling homes which is so reassuring and becoming rare these days. He allowed me to view the house as often as required which was a great help for measuring for furniture, and showing trades around etc.. and his knowledge of the local area and the history of the streets in Victor Harbor is second to none. I not only moved into a new house but also to a new town which can be daunting, but Bill has made me feel most welcome. He has a great community spirit, volunteering his time for sea rescues and sports coaching and he genuinely cares about the residents and if even one tenth of people here are anything like Bill then I know I'm in a 'good' place. I highly recommend Bill Harvey to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home or land in this area and will certainly use him again when I buy or sell in the future.
