This Guy is a real person!

Nice to meet an Agent who is easy to talk to, has good market knowledge and is honest. Jonathan has an extensive knowledge of the area & the market in the Mont Eliza area. He tells you the facts without the fast talk & embellishment some other Agents seem to employ. Jonathan is well informed about property in Mt Eliza. He suggested who was likely to purchase and commented on what might appeal to that buyer. I worked on that advice over about 4 years. Other agents came at different times to offer valuations. All were good. But Jonathan stood out because I felt above all his interest was to get the best result for us. The first inspection was all it took. He got 2 offers and sold it in 4 days. Good advice, friendly, relaxed approach, well organised once we engaged him, confident approach to the business issues, kept us optimistic, and wanted to be sure we were happy with the outcome.
