LEASE LENGTH AND PRICING
We accept either six-month (6) or twelve-month (12) leases. We do not accept shorter periods, and the price does not vary depending on the length of your lease. All prices are inclusive of your electricity, internet (including Wifi) and water. We love pets but unfortunately our share accommodation isn't suitable for pets. Couples are permitted within Room 1 (subject to availability) and would be an extra $20 per week to the advertised price for the extra utilities consumption.
