Considerate & clear communictors

My experience with Elevate as a tenant has been lovely. As many know, it can be incredibly unfortunate when you find yourself stuck with inconsiderate and incompetant property managers for the place you call home, where you feel like you are treated like a lesser being for simply being a renter, rather than an owner. However, Elevate (and our manager, Kit, especially) has been wonderful. Communication has been considerate and clear every step of the way, and things like repairs and contractors have been arranged promptly. Repairs were also not just to meet the bare-minimum, but actually fixed the whole issue, even if only minor. For example, we were missing blinds in one room, but the others were also all damaged from wear and tear. We were prepared to live with the damaged blinds, as we had done plenty of times before with properties managed by others, but were delighted when we found out that Kit had arranged for all the blinds to be replaced. Likewise, when we noticed one of our fans was clicking everytime we used it, they had a repairman contact me within days to sort it out. Though we have not been with Elevate and our manager, Kit, for long, it has been a good experience so far, and I am optimistic for our future dealings.
