Great experience renting out my property with Elevate Residential

I highly recommend Elevate Residential for managing rental properties. I recently rented out a unit through Elevate Residential in Manly West. The unit was advertised and the first open for inspection were arranged within a week of the unit being ready. A tenant was secured after the first inspection. Units are unique in the area and there are not many comparison properties, however they were able to guide me with good market knowledge on a fair rental price I am happy with. Elevate have also been managing 4 other properties for me for the past year which I am very happy with their professional and respectful approach to both the tenants and myself.
