Clear, Honest and Respectful

Elevate have been managing our rental properties for several years and we have been very happy with their service. We've even recommended their services to our friends who are similarly impressed. It is important to us to know that, through using Elevate, we are also supporting Brisbane Housing Company, indirectly helping to put rooves over the heads of those who need them. When one of our properties became vacant sooner than expected, Chris and his team managed to get it ready for market in a very short time frame and for a very reasonable commission. Chris was easy to contact and straightforward to deal with. We went with Chris' advice on managing the sale process and the strength of the market was such that the property sold in a few days at a price significantly beyond our expectations. But getting a good price for our property wasn't our only concern. We have made a number of purchases over the years and the most recent was made around the time we sold this property. We experienced the stress of a lack of transparency in a very bouyant market in which properties seemed to be under offer before we could find them online. The process of being pressured by the agent with minimal information was pretty unpleasant and reminded us that courtesy matters! Chris was completely on board with our request that all those making offers on our property were treated with consideration and provided with as much information as possible about the sale, within legal constraints. Chris helped us decide between two close offers and personally called all those who had made an offer and missed out.
