Very nice; Stephanie went through the lease terms and paused enabling an active conversation about the contract terms, the property and such. She provided good feedback to our queries and helped us understand all aspects of the tenancy and property, as well as our obligations, responsibilities, and very importantly, our rights as well. I am very pleased with the manner Stepahnie conveyed herself, very easy going and approachable, with her knowledge of the rental market, and the regulatory framework.
