Many of you already know me but if you don't, here's my snapshot. I have lived in the Kawana area for 42 years. My family moved to Buddina in 1972. We had a fairly modest home but ironically it had the biggest pool you had ever seen. Our home quickly became the epi centre for all friends and family. Yes it was the pool and my wonderful parents that were the draw cards. My mother, being an entertainer and local business woman and my father, the local footy coach brought many different characters to our 'resort' that I grew up thinking that we had. As the years rolled by I watched Warana and Bokarina being developed right in front of my eyes, my greatest memory is roller skating on every new slab that went down. I observed the Nicklin Way morph from a single lane to a dual highway with 10 sets of lights stretching from Minyama to Bokarina and all the between. What is now known as Kawana Island was a small dump including some sand dunes. Brilliant for myself and all the members of the 'resort' to be riding motorbikes on. All in all it was the most amazing upbringing, as most of you would know, only the Coast can offer. It has enabled me to have an innate local knowledge of the environment and more importantly myself, and all the members of the resort, settled here and created our own resorts. We all know one another and have created a network and relationship that only the locals know. You have no idea how many times I have a client that has a certain wish list, and I have knocked on someone's door to ask if they are looking for their next destination. There is a saying "Money makes Money". My experience is "Property makes Property" you can only get where you're going if you leave where you come from. It requires - Passion, Perception and People - enjoy the ride!

Jordan was born and raised here on the Sunshine Coast, with both parents having lived locally for over 50 years. This has helped forge some longstanding relationships within the community.
