Professional and honest!
I made calls to previous agents, I wanted to sell off market. They told me they could get this and do that, weeks passed and I was the one following up. After seeing an off market property Ron had sold in the area on realestate.com I made immediate contact. From that first phone call, Ron was nothing less than professional, punctual and honest!!! We spoke, I told Ron what I wanted, Ron said leave with me, within a couple of weeks he got back to me with feedback from potential buyers, we both weren’t happy with price, he said I’ll get back to you. A total of 4 weeks and I had received a phone call or two each week with updates, on the 4th week he had a buyer and contracts signed, he said where are you were signing now, 9.15pm on a Saturday night we had a beer and signed the contract! No marketing, no advertising just an agent working overtime with his contacts and made a sale from good old hard work!!! Ron, thank you 🙏
