Professional beyond the normal

Ratip was excellent in every way. Nothing was too much for him. He was most helpful and professional in his advice (we had a number of things to attend to which he handled with great enthusiasm). He had gotten a number of prospective buyers so when it finally went on the market he had a buyer ready to sign and we got the price he said it would sell for!!
