2. what condition is it in. A. its lovely. it has the usual maintenance that a 1950s property would have but it also has an extension and upgraded electricals, laundry, bathroom etc. so the old and the new. Its not a new home if you want that you can upgrade or build.
3. Price range. property similar have sold in more recent times ie. '26 $500 - $650k but no two are the same. This one is also unique in its own way.
