Jay from Equity supported my transfer to their agency from a particularly vexing and vindictive agency who made it very difficult to transfer across. Jay kept in contact with me and provided solutions, ideas, advice and helpful information with regards the service they provide ensuring and assuring that we are doing things properly. She had to deal with my uncooperative ex Agent but got us through despite this. I am confident in this new Agency as Jay has already checked if our rental is compliant and communicated our tenants' needs to us.
