Responsive, fair and helpful

We had been trying to contact Property Managers in the Wynnum area for nearly 4 weeks. My first phone call to Nicole was answered immediately, she told me all about her experience and business and then asked to meet with my husband and I (other PM's had just wanted us to sign contracts and not speak or meet with them). We meet at the property and immediately knew she was the Property Manager for us. As it was a new property she helped us identify some defects that needed to be rectified. Her follow up and professionalism is second to none. We would highly recommend Equity Property Management to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsive PM.
