Being a smaller real estate actually made it much nicer to deal with. Nicole answered my messages immediately. I applied a few minutes after viewing and had a response within 2 days. She was warm, very easy to work with and we’ve had no problems for the 5 months we’ve been here. Nicole gave us a full breakdown of when and how often inspections would occur and all documents have been correctly filled out which was a big deal for me as our kast real estate was constantly making typing errors or had the wrong details on forms. Highly recommend equity and would gladly do it all again
