Proactive from start to finish

Alex handled the sale of an apartment my wife and I purchased off the plans and no longer needed. He explained the market conditions clearly, gave us a realistic price range, and conducted a very efficient marketing strategy, aimed at getting a quick result. Alex was able to find a buyer within a short space of time and secured the sale quickly. Given it was an on-sale of an off-the-plans purchase, he guided us through the process very effectively to make sure we were able to successfully settle and on-sell the property. My wife and I were overseas at the time pre-settlement inspection was arranged by the developer. Alex attended on our behalf and represented our interests very effectively.
