Robby was a great communicator. I always knew he would get back to me that day if he was in training or meetings. He and his team were very professional and helped make the process smooth and stress free. We sold off market because we got a fair price and we were not present in the state to present the property in its best light for market. Even though Robby and his team were prepared to do the hard yards of coordinating tradespeople if we had chosen to go to market. I think we got a good win win.
