Professional and patient
Peter, as requested, followed me up for about 12 months as we were uncertain as to when to sell or which property to sell Once we had decided to proceed he was honest with the price range expected and was always professional and courteous The tenant was not particular obliging and left the place untidy and on several occasions was either in bed or in the shower, so Peter and Welly had a lot to contend with. Everything went smoothly with the sale and the timing worked out perfectly I would recommend Peter and Welly at Eresidential to anyone thinking of selling their property as they were both a pleasure to deal with

Very smooth process and kept informed every week on leads etc Kept in touch by phone on outcome from opens and feedback from potential buyers Advised on best way to come to an arrangement with the buyer and all went well The tenant was not particularly cooperative for open inspections and Welly and Peter had a lot to contend with but coped amazingly Happy with the outcome and the whole process Would recommend Eresidential to anyone looking to sell their property
