Leanne Mitchell is the Director and Lead Agent of Estates by Leanne, where her genuine care, intuition and dedication have earned her a reputation for helping clients achieve their property goals. Living and working across the picturesque Sunshine Coast hinterland, Leanne fell in love with the region’s rolling hills, lush valleys and paddock-to-plate lifestyle. Inspired by this passion, she has devoted herself to helping others find their dream homes in these scenic surroundings, where they can establish roots and create lasting memories. Raised on a sheep property in country Victoria, Leanne carries with her the values of honesty, hard work and community spirit. After training as a chef and building a successful career in hospitality and tourism, she learned the importance of truly listening and understanding people’s needs. Her later studies in counselling deepened her empathy and refined her ability to problem-solve and guide clients through important decisions. A proud mother of two grown sons and a devoted daughter with an elderly mother in care, Leanne has lived through many of life’s transitions and understands that a home is much more than an address. It is this insight that has helped her connect deeply with her clients and assist them through every phase of buying and selling with warmth and reassurance. Founding her own agency was the realisation of a lifelong ambition. Known for her honest advice, calm approach and exceptional negotiation skills, Leanne is committed to achieving the best outcomes for her clients, always ensuring they feel informed, empowered and supported. Beyond real estate, Leanne is an active volunteer, preparing Friday night dinners at the Gympie Smallbore Rifle & Silhouette Club for over 6 years and assisting with the Salvation Army Emergency Services. Her connection to the community reflects her belief that success comes from service — to people, to place, and to the dreams that make a house a home.
