I recently bought through Michael. What amazed me most was how he balanced being open and honest with me as a buyer, while also making sure his client (the seller) received the best possible deal. He was a clear and consistent communicator, and went above and beyond to resolve the inevitable issues that arose during the property purchase including adjusting settlement dates to align with settlement of the seller's new home, and working through contract amendment. I have bought and sold property multiple times, and Michael is one of the very few agents I would confidently both buy through and sell through!
