Badiha certainly showed she knows the market

PLUS communication was excellent which is what I needed. On the phone after each OFI informing me of the real prospective buyers. Advising on not too jump too quickly but don't dilly dally when a genuine realistic offer is on the table. Badiha then negotiated another 3% which covered all costs associated with selling. I offered her a job with my firm but she gracefully declined. Good thing too as she is very good at what she does. Don Brooke
