Service and Sale with a Smile

We have been dealing with Alicia for well over 2 years both as a Landlord and more recently as a Vendor for our Property in Cranbourne West. We were introduced to Alicia by our previous Managing Agent for our Rental Property as a result of a Property Management transfer due to COVID restrictions. From the outset Alicia presented herself as professional and knowledgeable. Alicia inherited the management of our Investment Property during a particularly challenging time with COVID. Dealing with the tenant who had also defaulted with rental payments during this time only added to the complexity of managing our property. During this time Alicia maintained regular contact with us to keep us updated on the tenant. Unfortunately, as the Landlord, we had to instruct Alicia to arrange for the tenant's eviction as a result of their default on their rental payments. This extra work during COVID restrictions was managed with the utmost professionalism. In more recent times, circumstances resulted in us having to unfortunately sell the Property. We had no hesitation in appointing Alicia (and Exceed Realty) as Agents to look after the sale of the property. We were somewhat anxious about selling the property during these somewhat uncertain times. However, Alicia presented a clear marketing plan to sell the property and from the outset interest in the property was instant. From the time the property was listed a buyer was secured within 4 weeks which was very pleasing for us as the Vendors. During our 2 year business relationship, all contact and dealings were via online, email or phone, due to our interstate residency. Alicia always presented and expressed herself with a smile.
