Permanent Rental Tenant

Jodie & Kirsten have been fantastic. I have been holiday renting our unit out for 12 months and have not been happy with the way the agent had been taking care of the unit. I wanted to try and permanently rent it out full furnished. I thought this may be a problem when trying to find a tenant. After listing the property they had lots of applications and Kirsten found the right tenants within a couple weeks. Great friendly service and always updating you on what was happening.
