Complicated sale process BUT handled seamlessly by Exclusive Real Estate.

Our sale was outside of the usual geographic area of Exclusive Real Estate. Not a problem Andrew Bova and Exclusive Real Estate team MARKET research and market analysis was SPOT on and FIRST CLASS. Our first option was by Auction. This involves STAGING, DEEP CLEANING AND EXCEPTIONAL MARKETING. Property was handed in at Auction on advice of agent. Their opinion was the Auction price was BELOW market position. Summary. Without timely input and background knowledge by these agents maid US MORE MONEY. The marketing, negotiation and positive attitude was EXCEPTIONAL. Our family has had multiple Real Estate investment portfolio for years. Personally, husband has completed a Diploma in Business Management with sub majors in Real Estate Operations and Land Economics.
