We originally bought our unit from Kristy and she was so personal and professional that we knew when we came to sell that same unit we would call her. Now having sold our unit with Kristy our opinion of her is 10/10. She understands the local market and really helps out in all domains of the selling/purchasing process. As a buyer you felt you weren't being played that she was authentic and cared about the product. She made the process easy to understand and made our first purchase feel fair and informed. As a seller she went above and beyond, we were selling from afar and weren't able to be at the property all the time, she would swing by to sort things out and gave us great contacts to fix up the place at a very fair price. We were able to sell quickly which suited our needs and would highly recommend Kristy to anyone selling or buying.
