Outperforming results

We had the best experience working with Matt from eXp Australia. They understand their business quite well, know how to target potential buyers and work with them in the process. Matt managed to get the high end of the price range we were after, and was competing against the house next to us being sold at the same time and with a relatively different (maybe better?) product than us and with an agent who claimed to be the best one in McDowall but turned his performance was below average to poor against Matt who easily overcome him. He helped us during the entire process, told us where to focus to deliver the best outcome. I couldn’t recommend more Sara, Matt and the exp Australia team. I’m planning to purchase and investment property in future and will work with them again. Matt was really helpful on getting some minor maintenance things prior getting the house to the market.
