Hard working and great work ethics

Couldn’t believe the response and result, he informed us of multiple inspection and then one a good Sunday after a short notice, He has completed a private inspection. He negotiated with the buyer and gave us a contract shortly after that. He followed up with the buyer, explained stages and advised every step of the way. I had a busy schedule but Thao was very accommodating and returned us a great result. Happy to recommend Thao to any owner wanting to sell.
