Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have had Nichole as our real estate agent whilst purchasing our first home. Her practice was prompt, professional and advocated for us with all her power. We purchased a property through her, living 22 hours away from our desired home, she updated us regularly on house progression with pictures, videos, text messages, phone calls and emails and regularly consulted with the builders for updates. There were hurdles throughout the process of securing our home but Nichole took it all in her stride and talked us through everything that was required and made great recommendations with conveyancers and mortgage brokers.
