I phoned Luke to sell my property. He was professional, attentive and knowledgeable about the market, and what needed to be done to improve the sale. All communication with Luke was pleasant. His explanations were easy to understand and he always made sure I did which gave me confidence. He was never pushy and let me make decisions. With the paperwork, he clearly explained what I needed to have available to sell the property. As this was a new experience, when I felt anxious and talked to him about any concerns, he put them to rest and gave me confidence. If I had another property to sell I would ask Luke to sell it & also recommend him.
