Miracles can happen

Our purchase through Stacy was nothing but a mere miracle! We were Sydney-based and had been checking out the Mackay market for a few months. There were a few properties that we had been interested in and made enquiries on but nothing that really spoke to us. On 18 December, we got online just to see what was happening and we found our perfect property. We contacted Stacy and within a matter of hours we had submitted all our documentation and our best and final offer. On Monday, 20 December at 9pm Sydney time we received the call that we were successful with our offer and we were absolutely thrilled. Stacy was extremely responsive by phone, text and email. We had some special conditions, all of which formed part of the contact and we also wanted to early access from 31 December. Everything we asked of Stacy she did and we always felt completely updated and informed of any conversation/communication that we needed to be aware of to achieve exchange and access. As I said Miracles can Happen, the fact that Stacy was the agent, Stacy was so proactive, always did what she said she would do, chased and communicated to ensure the success of the purchase. From 18 December sitting in Sydney to 31 December moving into our new home - I am not sure any other agent could have done what she did! So happy, we would highly recommend Stacy!
