So good I bought from Simone again

I was buying an investment house in Townsville. Many agents typically didn't respond to my queries or dropped out midway through negotiating a sale. Simone was different. Sellers experience

I first met Simone at the start of 2024 and she was very professional and down to earth. She gave her professional opinion on renting and selling the property which I took into consideration fast forward to the end of that year I ended up selling my property and throughout the whole process she was able to guide me through without any problems as a new seller not knowing my way around the market space. She gave well informed information and discussed prices on the market and contracts which she is very knowledgeable in at a great commission rate aswell and she was able to get me a great offer in such a short period which impressed me. All in all if you're looking at renting selling or buying Simone is the go to person and I would go with Simone again if I were in the market again thanks Simone. Adrian
