First rate agent

I never expected to be writing an unqualified glowing review for a real estate agent, but in the case of Caren Nancarrow I simply can't be positive enough. Caren supported our family in the sale of my elderly father's home over an extended marketing period and she constantly went above and beyond. Caren is a local and knows the market well, setting and getting the right price for our property. She was hands on and helpful at every step of the way and simply could not do enough to support us. Caren was also a pleasure to work with on a personal level, making a stressful experience so much easier to deal with. We knew at all times she was in our corner but acting with the utmost integrity. Her low commission also represented incredible value for money, saving us thousands of dollars without any sacrifice in service. I would not use any other agent on the Sunshine Coast.
