“Rajni the Queen of Real Estate” should have been my headline! You cannot go wrong with this superwoman. I am an interstate investor. Whilst I was making an offer, for a couple of properties simultaneously I was looking for a property manager in WA and discovered this amazing person in the gender-skewed industry. One could easily make a judgment about Rajni’s trustworthiness if one speak to her. She opened my eyes to know the blind spots in the local market. What is amazing about her is her enthusiasm to help the right people without any expectations. From the day I decided to engage her, she helped me to pick the right property at the right price. She has been incredible throughout the whole process starting from my purchase, engaging the building inspector, solicitor and finding the right tenants., She found me the tenants (professionals) a week in advance before the settlement date. Not only that, I got 40% more rent than the one quoted by the vendor's agent appraisal. Unbelievable smash! Her personal attributes are being a Great communicator, honest, trustworthy, who listens to you and has your interest in her mind. Showed dedication and shared her knowledge and experience. I cannot thank her enough for her support and transparency throughout the process. The level of involvement and professionalism is outstanding. This a truly rare quality in real estate agents these days.

Fair, Trust and The Best

I have met my fair share of Real estate Agents in Australia in the last two months. The only Agent who I found to be honest, trustworthy and communicative was Ms.Rajni Walia. I would suggest others should learn from her about how to mingle with the clients. I had a positive experience with her, I would also suggest her as my first suggestion when it comes to Realestate deals.
