Excellent and very professional customer service with a personal touch

What should I say about Rajni, she is truely a super women. My investment property was a mess when she joined. She handled the difficult tenants, court proceedings, repair work and found a new tenant in just a matter of time. She is gentle, honest and approachable 24x7. The best thing I like about her is that she understands the sentiments very well, gives suggestions, informs everything without being pushy and let the customer take their own decision. Rajani is a real Hero for us.. She guided and help us from the start of the tenancy. She is very friendly and kind person. Her working style and helping nature gives more confidence to grow ahead.
