Outstanding Support During My Rental Process

Rajni and Manoj are absolute gems in the real estate industry. we had a very difficult situation with a stubborn tenant, and Rajni made sure everything was handled correctly and legally. She guided the process step by step issuing the proper termination notice, filing the application with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and ensuring all supporting evidence was in place before obtaining the court order. Their professionalism didn’t stop there. Once the tenant vacated, Rajni and Manoj went above and beyond by arranging reliable workers to clean up the mess left behind. The amount of effort, dedication, and care they put into resolving the situation was truly impressive. I couldn’t have asked for more it was a great pleasure dealing with them.
