You cannot go wrong with Fair Street Realty business run by the superwoman Rajni . I am an interstate investor. Whilst I was making an offer, for a couple of properties simultaneously I was looking for a property manager in WA and discovered this amazing person. One could easily make a judgment about Rajni’s trustworthiness if one speak to her. She opened my eyes to know the blind spots in the local market. What is amazing about her is her enthusiasm to help the right people without any expectations. From the day I decided to engage her, she helped me to pick the right property at the right price. She has been incredible throughout the whole process starting from my purchase, engaging the building inspector, solicitor and finding the right tenants., She found me the tenants (professionals) a week in advance before the settlement date. Not only that, I got 40% more rent than the one quoted by the vendor's agent appraisal. Unbelievable smash! Her personal attributes are being a Great communicator, honest, trustworthy, who listens to you and has your interest in her mind. Showed dedication and shared her knowledge and experience. And most importantly, she deserves many more platinum stars than 5 stars if it is available on the business benchmark.
