My partner and I rented for many years through different agencies . Fall have been by far the best agency we have rented through. The service from Jade and Ella has been exceptional . Really friendly quick to answer any questions we had and address any issues. Both have a high level of professionalism but at the same time made us feel like we mattered as tenants ( especially around our recent break lease process while purchasing a home.
