Whether it was finding, checking and setting up new tennants, using their expertise to target the correct rates for the present market or assisting with the smooth exit of tennants leaving the building ensuring everything is as it should be they have maintained a very high and unwavering professional standard. In particular in recent times both Prue and Isla have been able to facillitate a very smooth transition from one tennant to another with just enough time between tennants to freshen the property whilst losing a minimal amount of rent. Most importantly though we know our investment is regularly checked with an eye for detail and no stinting on the standard required by both the tennants and ourselves to maintain good standards and relative happiness for all stake holders.
