Professional and conscientious

Communication around the new lease has been good. We have engaged Fall Real Estate for the last few years and have found them to be professional and capable. There have been a couple of times when communication could have been improved, such as repeatedly asking for a repair to be made and recently when our tenants said they had requested a one month extension on the lease, but we weren’t even aware they were leaving. However, overall we are satisfied. They are conscientious about inspections, we are kept informed and they are thorough - this was especially important when we were essentially living overseas. We feel that our properties are well looked after.
