Laura has worked tirelessly with us identifying an additional property suited to our needs, video tours, and continual follow up with both us and the owners to ensure that everyone is happy with the final options outlined in our contract, and specific requests. After weeks of back and forth with other agencies and properties, Laura had owner approval within 24 hours of first contact and showing us the property. Such a relief, and all staff were really friendly and helpful. The communication has been exceptional - and really appreciated.
