Laura, our Property Manager have been nothing short of amazing throughout our short time as our Property Manager. Even though our time with Laura was short, she left a lasting impression on us with her genuine care and professionalism. Every exchange was effortless and reassuring, Laura always provided information quickly and explained everything in a way that made us feel confident and supported. During the inspection, Laura communicated clearly about any repairs needed and, true to her word outlined any needed repairs but also demonstrated exceptional dedication by contacting appropriate services like technicians and maintenance to attend promptly and to ensure all issues were addressed. Laura’s warm, bubbly nature and patient, kind approach truly set her apart, not just as a Property Manager, but as someone who genuinely cares about people.
