Shontai has been great.

We have really enjoyed having Shontai as our agent. She is very quick to respond to any concerns we have and arranged the handy man to come and fix our door very quickly. I am very impressed with her work ethic and willingness to help us out. We are feeling very settled in the new place and having Shontai in our corner has helped make the process even better.
