Very Good, professional, prompt, good communication

We recently had Fall Real Estate manage the rental of our property, and overall the experience was very positive. Their market knowledge is excellent. They provided a realistic appraisal, understood what tenants are looking for in this area, and priced the property well so it didn’t stay vacant too long. Communication was a strong point. From listing to tenant approval, their team kept us informed. Emails and calls were responded to promptly, and updates were regular. In terms of professionalism, they impressed. The marketing materials were good, inspections and documentation were thorough, and tenant vetting felt careful and appropriate. Issues raised were dealt with efficiently.
